Our Process
Research
One of the first things we do when we meet you is we ask you all about your business. We want to know who you are, what you do, and who your competition is. Before making your site, we consider everything. We look at your target market, what it is that you do, and what personality it is that you want to give off.
Designing
This is where all of our research pays off. This is what you see in the site. We set the mood and atmosphere for web browsing. We give you a totally unique look. Do you have a restaurant that wants to feel warm and cosy? A professional office that you want to feel clean and organized? We’ve got what you’re looking for.
Developing
This is where things finally come together. We put all of our designs into action. We go through a long process of testing, and polishing, until we have a perfect look. We take into account web development standards, page load times, and test every one of part of your site in every modern browser we can. We don’t stop until perfection is reached.
Managing
The web is dynamic, and so is your business. We wouldn’t expect you to only want to change your content every few months, or when we’re available. We give you the power to change and update content on the fly. We continue even after launch date to collect and analyze data on who‘s using your site, what they’re doing, and where they’re looking.
WordPress as a CMS
For our Content Management System, we use WordPress. WordPress is backed by millions of users, is easy to use, and has been getting constant support since the beginning of the decade.
WordPress is the most flexible CMS. What we’ve noticed recently, is that all of our local competition is turning toward Joomla. Joomla is a great system that has many benefits, but not for our local companies. Systems like Joomla take large amounts of time to use, and are very rarely used past what WordPress can do right away. This leads our local competition to get fed up, meaning they just go out and but templates for you. You won’t get your own recognizable brand or website, you get lost in the crowd. With WordPress, along with our talented designers and developers, you will stand out.
WordPress is the easiest CMS. This means that you won’t have to tinker around with settings, look through files, and inevitably call us up asking for support on updating your page (although if you ever do need to, we’re happy to help). WordPress isn’t just easier for you, it’s easier for developers too. This means, that in a matter of days, we can have everything ready for you. Rather than have to fiddle with all the problems other platforms have, we can build you a website that takes less time to make, meaning less money out of your pocket.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Brambling Design gets you the recognition you deserve. Often times people forget about one of the most important aspects of their website; its availability to consumers. Flash Design/Development
We’re the State Colleges most experienced flash designers and developers. Ever since flash came out, we’ve been making good use of it. We can make entire websites based off of flash (although we don’t recommend it), along with programs, games, and advertisements. If you need work done in flash, we’re your guys.
Branding
One of the most important parts of running a successful business is standing out. With our graphic designers, we can design with you a logo that will be timeless.
